INDIAN HINDU FEMALE MUSICIANS
Pair of polychrome carved wood painted traditional Hindu female attendant musician figures from India. One's playing the cymbals and the other a hand drum with smaller female dancers between legs. With head dress and bejeweled ornamentation details on voluptuos bodies. Personally acquired in India and dating from the late 20th century. The dancers each stand 27.5" tall, are 7" wide and 4.5" deep.
